Rapid Appliance Repair is a one‐stop repair shop for all types of consumer electronic appliances. In 1987, the owner of Rapid Appliance Repair opened the shop on Cobb Parkway in the City of Marietta. The shop was in a strip shopping mall at the foot of the main runway of Dobbins Air Force Base. Because of the ease of reaching this location, many people from Marietta, Smyrna, Atlanta, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, and other cities enjoyed the fine repair work and outstanding customer service.
In addition to being highly skilled and knowledgeable concerning the servicing of electronic appliances, the staff continually expanded their knowledge of newer consumer electronic appliances. The staff can also assist you in protecting your investments as the technology continually evolves.
Rapid Appliance Repair began 35 years ago as Rapid Electronic Repair specializing in the repair of home entertainment centers, televisions, video cam recorders, stereo systems, and other consumer electronic devices. As technology for your home and office environment has continually evolved and appliances became more embedded processor controlled, we expanded our services to debug, service, and repair more consumer appliances.
Today, most devices we repair are consumer electronic appliances that cannot easily be transported by the owner to our shop. Therefore, we now are on‐line to make it easy for you to make an appointment for a service call. We make service calls to your home and/or office. This allows us to better service you and allows us to service your defective appliance in your home.
Because many have purchased consumer items that they cannot easily bring into our shop, we at Rapid Appliance Repairs will come to you for just a small service call fee and repair estimate. We can in most cases repair your item in the c omfort of your home or office. We can transport your equipment to our shop if more repair equipment or diagnostics equipment is required. We respect your time and your place, when repairing equipment at your place, we attempt to minimize the invasiveness of our visit to your home or office.
